Who receives your data
We share data only with those who help us run the service:
- Our customer-relationship (CRM) provider, where your enquiry is stored and followed up.
- Our website hosting provider, which processes requests to the site.
- Google, through Google Tag Manager and related tags, only after you accept cookies.
- Calendly, only if you choose to book a time through its pop-up.
- The project developer, where this is needed to process a reservation you decide to make.
- Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.
Transfers outside your country
Some of these providers store or process data outside Poland, the European Economic Area or Thailand. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and the sales process, and afterwards only as long as the law requires or you remain interested in hearing from us. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to receive a copy in a portable format, to object to our use of it and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EU you can also complain to your data-protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To use your rights, contact us through the contact page, by phone or on WhatsApp.
